Hi all, I'm a relatively new Brewer and have about 10 brews under my belt. Started with extract kits, moved onto partial mash, and am converting to BIAB currently. I've noticed better results with the more grain I use versus malt extract. Currently have a Hefeweizen, zombie dust clone, and Apfelwein sitting in my carboys. Located in Woodridge and have been to quite a few Chicagoland brew tours over the years. I look forward to learning more on this forum. Cheers!
