How's everyone doing? I'm Tim, I'm fairly new to brewing, under a year. Handful of batches. Currently working on a sessionable pale ale. I've been a bartender for 8 years, several in beer bars. Currently working on my Cicerone Certification and my BJCP certification. Trying to gain as much beer knowledge as possible and hopefully break into the other tiers of the beer industry some day.
