First time poster..long time brewer....

Hey all! I've been brewing off and on for about 10 years now. Having recently purchased a house in the west suburbs, I have ventured into all-grain brewing and am loving every minute of it! I'm trying to cut my brew day down as it's at around 6 hours now (cooler / kettle setup). Was thinking of going electric BIAB but need to save up the $$ first.

I have an IPA fermenting right now, and about to bottle a Kolsch tomorrow. Planning on brewing a porter next week and was thinking of adding vanilla to the secondary. Any pointers?

I'm really looking forward to submitting some bottles to some contests. Not really looking for a ribbon or anything, but would really like some feedback as to whether my brews are good or not....family and friends will always say it's good even if you know it taste like crap !
