I have an IPA fermenting right now, and about to bottle a Kolsch tomorrow. Planning on brewing a porter next week and was thinking of adding vanilla to the secondary. Any pointers?
I'm really looking forward to submitting some bottles to some contests. Not really looking for a ribbon or anything, but would really like some feedback as to whether my brews are good or not....family and friends will always say it's good even if you know it taste like crap !
