Hi folks - I'm Jeff, new to the group.
I did a bunch of extract batches with my roommates about 10 years ago, haven't brewed since, but am looking forward to picking up the hobby again. Put all the basic equipment on my Christmas list, and the gods favored me, so now I'm in research mode. My wife is celiac, so will be doing some gluten-free batches, including the first one most likely, but also want to use some real malts after that. If anyone has experience using Clarity-Ferm or other protein treatments to get gluten out of regular barley-based worts, I'd love to hear about it!
Anyway, glad to be here and say hi, and hopefully make it to a meeting soon.
