Hey ya'll. I'm Chris, I'm also a CHAOS member, and I've been brewing for about 4 years. I've been a part of the CHB Facebook group and am only now realizing that there is a forum. I've recently been into propagating yeast dregs into pitchable amounts. I have a sour wheat, altbier, and a sweet stout on tap. And I have a sour that will go on fruits some day, and a kellerbier on deck. That is all.
