CHBG Big Brew # 2 - Sour Takes over

Recipes are up. You can use whichever low AA noble hops you want, just keep the IBUs close to what is called for in the recipe.

There will be an additional expense for the sour bug mix. Figure somewhere in the $20-$25 range. We are working with OYL on a special bug mix for our project and will let the group know when we finalize the price.

The fill will be this Sunday at Cademon Brewing in Genoa, IL. If you brewed for the project, see you there. If you didn't, you are missing out, sucka!

Barrel fill went excellent. Frank's steamer was used. Adi brought the bugs. Andrew supplied the space. All the precious beer made it into the barrels. It's a beautiful thing.
